What is music to you?
Well, I think to most people, music is a big part of thier lives. Everybody has Mp3 players, and we are all walking around with these soundtracks to our lives instead of listening to cars passing. Music kind of defines how you are feeling or want to feel....but it's also more simple than that. It can just be a tickling combination of sounds that makes your brain pleased...even if your brain wants confusion.

What is the best thing about music?
That you can create it.

What is the worst thing about music?
You can't see it.

What do you want to see happen thru music in the future?
I think we are in the future of music, and everybody is still catching up. There are so many new bands and ideas on the internet right now because of websites like Myspace, services like Napster, and all the shareware sites. Everyone is learning more about music and genres than ever before...it's pretty advanced. I think kids growing up in this new experience of music are going to end up creating some of the most unique and wild ideas in the future...because they are exposed to so much. It's great.

Does being involved in playing music make you miss out on anything?
Well, at our stage of being in a band and rehearsing...writing...and going on tour...you miss out on just "lazy-time". It feels good to just sit back with no agendas and watch bad movies, but we dont have time. We don't go for "walks"...let's put it that way.

What other instruments can you play?
Kevin can play the trumbone and we all think we can play the drums.

What do you guys do for work right now, other than playing music?
We get by, teaching lessons and working retail.

What were some of your favorite bands growing up?
(Noel)My parents wanted me to be music concious. They put me into piano lessons when I was running around pretending to be Indiana Jones or Luke Skywalker. I loved playing the piano, but I hated learning it. I picked up the guitar late, out of highschool.

Did your parents like you playing music and the person you are today?
Our parents are all supportive of what we are doing...i think they "make-out" to our CDs.

Is there a venue or area you would like to play that you have not played before?
We'd like to tour Europe. that would make up for alot of the "missing out" in our lives.

What is your favorite venue or area to play shows?
Well, we are based in West LA, so we get a big response out here...It's always fun to play to more people.

How was your first show?
Our first show was at a bar. I remember not being prepared for the heat that comes from the lights and nerves onstage. I had too many layers of clothing and the sweat was just pouring. I must have looked like Whitney Houston up there.

Where was your best show?
It is hard to pick one, Live is the best way to expierence music, no two shows are the same something will be different and astonishing every time we play.

How did you come up with your band name and what does it mean?
We stole the name from a wrestler, I really just like the imagery of americana and the cold war that it conjurs. The wresteler has a great story too, but you can look that up on your own time.

What would you say to a kid who has no faith in himself?
I would put a guitar in his hands, show him a power chord and tell him to write about it

Who do you one day want to play a show with the most?
Maby pink floyd or autolux

What do you wish for your band to be in 5 years?
Touring and getting paid for it

What is the best thing about being a band?
The creative outlet it provides.

When was your band formed?
2003

How old were each of you when starting to play instruments?
kevin- fourth grade?

Where have you been playing lately and how has your response been?
We have been playing abunch of southern california shows, the responce has been great. I think prople are alwasy glad to see someone playing something different and taking a chance musically.

Have you ever been on tour, how many and how did you go?
we are about to go on our first big tour, we are heasind straight up the coast from san diego to vancouver and back. after that we are heading east to texas, through vegas and arizona.

Your your latest cd, what do you guys think about it and what did your fans say about it?
The fands all seem to be pleased, for a cd that was totally self funded it sounds great, our producer, ryan hadlock, did an amazing job of captureing our sound.
