Mercy Killers play well rounded, poppy street punk that's sure to ignite circle pits nationwide. With plenty of hoarse Tim Armstrong-esque vocals (minus the fake British accent.) Each 2 minute song is chock full of fist pumping anthems and melodic backing vocals grounded by solid, albeit busy drumming. The riffs are simple but engaging and even though some of the guitar solos and lead parts sound a little out of place in parts and the songwriting pattern never really deviates from the tried and true punk rock rock formula, this is a solid release and an enjoyable listen.
