What is your MySpace? myspace.com/docholiday

What genre is your music? thrash/southern rock/hardcore

What are some of the shows you have coming up? We've recently been going through line-up changes so none at the moment...feel free to help us out

Who got you interested in playing this kind of music? We're in it for the hot young scene girls and the big sweaty angry kids whom like to beat each other to the rhythms of our music.

What is music to you? An audio interpretation of whatever the f your feeling, thinking, or experiencing.

How did you come up with your band name? Ill bet you can figure that one out on your own. Don't think too hard

What venue would you like to play the most that you haven't played at? The Brothel.... (That place where your mom works)

When, Where and How was your first show? I think it was at Marina High school in 04' and everyone masticated their lunches to the beat of our breakdowns. AMAZE

Who do you one day want to play a show with or open for? I want to play the Late Show

Why do you play music? Beacause chicks dig it

How many people in the band right now are the original band members? Since we've recently become a 4 piece, three of us are. Kevin, Josh, and Nick. Drew came later after ex bassist Chris Hejazi decided to pursue another passion.

Where do you wish for your band to be in 5 years? playing shows and having fans who not only love the music that DH creates but whom understand what we are all about.

What do you think its going to take to get there? keep on keepin' on

What is the best thing about being your band? Getting to be all sweaty and half naked in a closet sized room with Kevin Cash

Do you have any advice to starting bands? Make sure everyone in the band knows you're the boss. Remember... collaboration leads to self-domination. It's all about your ideas and your ideas only.

What other instruments can (each person) play (other than the ones they currently play in the band)? Kevin: Trumpet, Bass
Josh: Piano

*Does your religion affect your music? Not in anyway

*Any funny or interesting stories? One night Drew had a dream.
He dreamed he was walking along the beach with Nick and
across the sky flashed scenes from his life. For each scene, he noticed two sets of footprints in the sand: one belonging to him, and the other to Nick.
When the last scene of his life flashed before him he looked back at the footprints in the sand. He noticed that many times along the path of his life
there was only one set of footprints. He also noticed that it happened at the very lowest and saddest times of his life. This really bothered him and he questioned Nick about it: "Nick, you said that once I decided to follow you, you'd walk with me all the way. But I have noticed that during the most troublesome times in my life there is only one set of footprints. I don't understand why when I needed you most you would leave me."
The lord replied: "My son, My precious child, I love you and I would never leave you, During your times of trial and suffering, when you see only one set of footprints, it was at the bar."

What do you guys do for work right now, other than playing music?
Josh: works at Spencer Gifts…go visit him
Kevin: used to work at subway…then at Spencer's…now he chills
Nick: works with his dad and finds other ways to make money
Drew: entrepreneur

Did your parents like you playing when you were younger? Yea, our parents have always been down for it

Does being involved in playing music make you miss out on anything? Only playing more music

What would you say to a kid who has no faith in himself? I'd go buy him a can of faith and shove it up his

Do any of the members of the band play in any other bands? Check out Oneirion. They're in our top 8

Have you lost any fans for doing something drastic? Probably. We're not all tuff so were usually pretty cool to people if we get approached. Which isn't often. We just want to have fun, get messed up and play some music. Some people don't like that and I'm sure because of that some of them have chosen not to listen to us.

Anything you would like to say to your fans reading this interview? You guys kick a. Thanks fro the support and spread the word. We are getting back out and playing shows again a.s.a.p so try to get out to the shows as much as possible.

What's your latest cd? Giving Life its Two Weeks Notice….it was our first and E.P.

How did you come up with the title? Nick did. Everyone in the band was quitting their jobs then getting new ones and quitting again. I don't know. It just sounded cool.

How long did you wait from start to finish making the CD and how did it feel? Money can make you sound amazing. We don't have a lot of that. We practiced our asses off and busted out the 6 tracks in one weekend. This was the most time we could afford.

What do you guys think about it? I'm proud of it but I'm anxious to be re-represented by our newest tracks

*Where can we get it? The old album G.L.I.T.W.N can be purchased at shows our just by messaging us through my space and talking to nick. U can also purchase it off smartpunk
