This is a band I can see playing at warp tour and having people crowd surf and circle piting to their songs and there cd “What You Make of it” brings that right to your stereo. By All Means comes from Southern California and these guys have been around for seven years now and their cd has taken them up the charts and has also started to get them well known and noticed around So Cal. Their sound is punk/pop with a blend of ferocious, high speed rhythm and striking harmony’s that sets them apart from other punk genre bands on the scene. And I have listened to this cd a few times and I can not help head banging to there songs, sometimes I just want to get out of my car and just circle pit around my car at a red light that’s how good this cd is. Some of their influences are Nofx, Bad Religion, Pennywise, Deviates, Face to Face, No Use For A Name, Strung Out and Goldfinger. You can hear all those bands in this band. Once a four piece and now a three piece and stronger and more powerful then ever, this band live will rock you and you will be begging for more, they sound just like they do on cd. They recorded at LoveJuice Laboratories in Riverside, CA and mix and mastered by Dave Swanson and they did a great job on the cd sounds really good and if you are looking for a good punk band and a good cd then By All Means “What you Make of it” is what you are looking for you can get it at their shows or on CdBaby.com and even iTunes. They also won the 2007 Ambiguous clothing Battle of The Bands so check them out on myspace at www.myspace.com/meansmusic or www.byallmeansmusic.com rating this cd I would have to give it a huge 5 out of 5 because this cd rocks and its great cd hands down!
